Chelsie Paine opened Pinky’s Valet in August 2009 with business partner, Jill Reynolds, after both of them noticed a niche in the valet parking industry in which they had worked for years. Together, they are the force behind Pinky’s Valet an all female valet team servicing Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
