Succeeding in Business for Womanars.com individuals is another opportunity for empowering women. Some manage non-profit companies, others open their own restaurants. Whether owning a small business or growing your existing company, there is a sense of “everything being available, with no obstacles getting in the way”. Honing your strengths, partnering with others to nurture a growing community of businesses, managed by women…Womanars.com believes in taking ownership of your dreams, whatever they are.
Womanars.com is a “virtual gathering” of women inspiring one another as individuals and working together cohesively toward the common goal of improving their own lives and the lives of others. As a result, staying grounded, and surrounding each other with positive people who are loving and supportive are common themes within Womanars.com.
Tilde and Angee believe in the power women – They look forward to hearing your story!
Creativity is a significant outlet in Womanars.com. While some women may take the more traditional, artistic approach, others are creative in a non-artistic way, such as building start-up companies. Others create and host parties. Some find a specific niche in music, photography or art as their form of creativity. Certain individuals have even given up corporate jobs to become full-time entertainers or to create their own clothing line. In whatever case, creative vision is a tangible force in many women’s lives.

For Womanars.com individuals, love is much more than the word itself suggests…Not only does love relate to family or friends, or to a soulmate, it’s the continued practice of love that matters. Love cherishes and nourishes, it’s selfless and sacrificial. Tilde expresses this best: “Love cannot be seen or touched. It’s something you have to feel from the heart”.

As a sponsor of Swim Across America, Womanars had the opportunity to produce this promotional video. We met some amazing people along the way making an impact in fighting cancer at Baylor Sammons Cancer Center. Last year they raised $350,000 and this year their goal is $400,000!! All proceeds from this event will directly benefit BSCC. It was an honor to work with everyone!
Please contact tilde@womanars.com for any of your video production needs. We look forward to hearing from you!
Tilde Guajardo is the Founder & Chief Visionary Officer of Womanars. Her passion to inspire and empower women and girls throughout the world is what drives her. She is an emerging leader using today’s latest technology to create a “virtual” global online community of women who share her passion and vision.
She is a survivor of childhood molestation at the hands of multiple child predators as well as a survivor of a traumatic divorce after 14 years of marriage. These events have instilled a resolve in her not to let her past dictate her future. She believes we can use our past experiences to learn and grow and to encourage and empower others who might find themselves lost, in transition or in need of direction to pursue their own passion and purpose and not only learn to survive but “Thrive” on their life journey.
Tilde is a proud Army veteran, who served four years of service as a Counterintelligence Agent. She received commendation from her peers and superiors for her anti-terrorism briefings, which were delivered to numerous military audiences ranging in size from 6 to more than 500 people at a time. She also helped develop curriculum and training programs for Army Defense Attaches being sent abroad, and was selected to help train some of the Army’s most elite Special Forces groups in anti-terrorism techniques. She was recognized for her work ethic and leadership abilities by being promoted to Sergeant in the short span of four years and left the Army with an honorable discharge. It was during those four years she learned she was an effective communicator and leader.
Since her late 20′s she has been a woman’s advocate and leader in local churches and non-profit organizations by teaching, speaking, volunteering, and organizing fundraisers to help bring awareness to numerous women’s issues like human trafficking, breast cancer, and domestic violence.
She has an entrepreneur background and is an Aircraft Dispatcher employed for the past 17 years by a thriving major airline that allows her to enjoy her second passion for travel and experiencing the world.
Her first book is scheduled to be published by the end of this year. It will tell about her life journey “from pain, anger, and fear to faith, hope, and love.” So stay tuned!! To schedule an event or speaking engagement or just say hello, please email tilde@womanars.com.
Judy Hoberman is simply one of the most empowering, business savvy, and best connectors of women I know. She is passionate about mentoring and empowering others and it shows.
After nearly 30 years in the sales side of business, Judy Hoberman has seen a variety of techniques come and go, delivering flash without substance and ultimately leaving adopters high and dry.
After completing her position as an award-winning training director, Judy has taken her career on a new path as a successful speaker, consultant and entrepreneur, addressing the differences in sales techniques between men and women, and the advantages of a female-focused approach.
Judy is a true entrepreneur at heart with experience both in the self-employed and corporate arenas, she was personally selected by the President and CEO of a large insurance company to bring her talents into the corporate office.
Her task was to demystify the sales process for 3,000 field agents and resulted in being awarded the Character and Integrity award from the field for her contribution to their remarkable success. After creating a turn-key national training program for both managers and salespeople, she decided to develop on-site training for another one of her passions — the challenges faced by women in sales. Having been mentored by men her whole career, Judy has turned her training talents to the differences in sales techniques between men and women.
Selling In A Skirt addresses both the woman’s need to use her gender- based talents and the male manager’s need to understand how to help her be successful by using her instinctive qualities rather than those which are natural to him. Judy Hoberman exemplifies The Power of Women in action!

In October, Womanars partnered with Debra Gloria Photography and April Samuels to showcase a photography essay of two women who went through cancer and had masectomies. The exhibition of these photographs illustrated The Power of Women as each of them faced their cancer opponent courageously. One lost the battle a few months ago but her friends and family told us she lived life to the fullest to the end with amazing grace. The other, April Samuels, is in remission and talks to us about her battle and now her determination to help make a difference by raising awareness and money to help in the fight against breast cancer. It shows how as individuals we can do much, but as a individual women coming together for a common cause we can do so much more! Due to the enormous generosity of everyone who donated on October 8th, we were able to raise over $1,600.00! Thank you so much everyone for Celebrating The Power of Women!
